You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 99ph bears no liability for service disruptions arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99ph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 99ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted using your credentials is deemed to be conducted by you, and 99ph bears no liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, 99ph conducts identity verification checks on all accounts. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS card, driver's license, or PhilSys ID) upon request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will have withdrawal access suspended.
99ph accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph-participating banks. 99ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99ph Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99ph collects, uses, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for account management, KYC compliance, anti-fraud monitoring, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. 99ph does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed service providers bound by confidentiality obligations and with regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.
99ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material amendments take effect immediately upon publication. Material amendments — those affecting your rights or obligations in a significant way — will be communicated to you with at least seven (7) days' notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) holds supervisory jurisdiction over 99ph's operations.
In the event of a dispute between you and 99ph arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
